Kueola

Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026. Kueola is a product operated by Home Based Daddy LLC.

The service

Kueola provides evidence-based scheduling recommendations from connected QuickBooks and Google Calendar history. Recommendations are informational and probabilistic. They are not appointments, commitments, accounting advice, or guarantees.

Your control and responsibilities

You control provider connections and every scheduling action. You are responsible for reviewing customer identity, service details, date, time, calendar, title, and notes before selecting Add to calendar, and for having authority to access connected business data.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or use Kueola to violate law or third-party rights. Provider services remain subject to Google and Intuit terms.

Availability and liability

Kueola may suspend unsafe or failing provider operations and may change infrastructure to maintain security. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and Kueola is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a recommendation or owner-entered calendar detail.

Termination and deletion

You may disconnect providers, stop using Kueola, or request account deletion at any time. Kueola may terminate access for material misuse or security risk. The Privacy Policy and data-deletion process describe data handling after termination.
