Delete your Kueola data

A verified workspace owner can permanently delete the Kueola account and workspace from account settings or by emailing privacy@kueola.com with the subject “Kueola data deletion request.” Kueola is operated by Home Based Daddy LLC.

What Kueola deletes

Deletion revokes provider access where the provider permits, invalidates Kueola sessions, and deletes workspace users, encrypted provider credentials, candidate episodes, minimal evidence summaries, Ready and Possible state, snoozes, dismissals and reasons, scheduling intents, Kueola-created event references, and locally stored product metrics.

What deletion does not do

Kueola does not control source records held by Google or QuickBooks. Deleting Kueola data does not delete or change events already in Google Calendar or customers, invoices, estimates, payments, or bookkeeping records in QuickBooks. You may manage those records directly with the provider.

Operational completion

Interactive production data is deleted after ownership verification and confirmation. Encrypted backups age out under the backup retention schedule and cannot be selectively altered; restored backups require the production encryption key and deletion tombstones must be replayed before service. A content-free deletion receipt is retained for 30 days, then removed.
